What Is Accountability?

Every sales conversation produces commitments — "I'll send the proposal by Friday," "Let me check with procurement," "We'll schedule a technical review." Most of these commitments get lost in notes or forgotten entirely.

Nutan captures every commitment automatically and tracks it to completion.

How It Works

Automatic Extraction

During meetings, Nutan's AI identifies action items from the conversation:

  • Commitments you made to the prospect
  • Commitments the prospect made to you
  • Internal follow-ups mentioned
  • Scheduled next steps

Each action item includes who owns it, what was promised, and when it's due (if mentioned).

Tracking

Action items appear in multiple places:

  • Deal sidebar — All open action items for a specific deal
  • Morning briefing — Overdue and due-today items highlighted
  • Meetings view — Action items grouped by meeting
  • Home dashboard — Your personal action item feed

Pattern Detection

Over time, Nutan identifies patterns:
